How can I book my hotel for the conference?

ICRA has partnered with several highly-rated hotels within a short walk of the event space, The CHI Health Center. Booking information for the hotels will be provided in your conference registration confirmation email. Discounted hotel nights will be available from $110 to $229 per night; Sunday, June 9 through Tuesday, June 11. Limited amounts of discounted rooms are available Saturday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 12, on a first come, first serve basis.

What is your refund policy?

What airport should I fly into?

OMA - Omaha Eppley Airfield, which is located a short 6 minute drive from the CHI Health Center and host hotels.

What parking options are available for attendees driving in each day?

Surface parking at the CHI Health Center is $10. Garage parking (when available) is $15. Cash payment and the following credit cards are now accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In/Out Parking is not allowed.

You may also park at the Hilton across the street. Daily Self-Parking is $3 per hour with a Daily Max of $25. Overnight Self-Parking is $19.00 per day. Overnight Valet Parking is $37 per day. Rates are subject to change.

What will parking cost at each hotel?

The Hilton offers $3 per hour self-parking with a daily max of $25. Overnight self-parking is $19 and valet parking is $37 per day overnight.

The Hilton Garden offers $22 per night self-parking and does not offer valet parking.

The Marriott offers $18 per day overnight self-parking. Valet parking is available at $30 per day overnight parking.

The Courtyard Marriott offers $15 per night self-parking and does not offer valet parking.

Please keep in mind that most parking rates are subject to change.

Do any of the hotels offer shuttles to and from the CHI Health Center or the airport?

The Hilton is connected to CHI with a sky bridge and has a free airport shuttle that leaves the hotel every 30 minutes.

The Hilton Garden does not offer shuttle service to the CHI or the airport.

The Marriott is located across the street from CHI and offers a free airport shuttle that runs from 6:00 am - 12:00 am (midnight).

The Courtyard Marriott offers an airport shuttle that runs from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. They are able to set up a shuttle to and from the CHI Health Center upon request.

Are there any major events taking place while we are at the conference?

No, however, the College World Series begins June 14. Learn more here and if you're interested in purchasing tickets, you can do so here. If you wish to extend your stay, we recommend you contact the hotel you wish to stay at ASAP as rates and availability are limited. Our group rate is NOT available over the weekend.

How will I know the schedule and events happening for the conference?

Are there CEUs or POST credits?

We do not offer CEUs or POST credits, but we do offer a Certificate of Attendance with contact hours.

Are meals provided?

Yes! Breakfast is available Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Drinks, snacks and lunch are provided on both Monday & Tuesday of the conference.

How can I best represent my agency?

We are carrying on the tradition of a “patch board” at this year’s conference. We encourage every agency to bring your patch to add to the board to represent your unit at the CoRCon 2024 display. The patch board will be gifted to our hosts at the end of the conference.

Feel free to also bring your challenge coins. There will be opportunities to trade with your fellow first responders.

Is there a theme this year?

Our theme this year is “Partnering Perspectives.” We all come from different experiences, backgrounds, training, education. The idea of “stay in your lane” can be challenging when we “merge” together to support those in need. Focusing on how we collectively can do this together while respecting all perspectives is key!

Will there be a virtual option for the conference?

CoRCon is an in person only conference. However, ICRA members can participate in monthly virtual events and watch recorded sessions via the knowledge library on coresponderalliance.org.
